The acronym EBITDA stands for Earnings Before Interest, Taxes, Depreciation, and Amortisation.
EBITDA measures the operating performance of a company before considering the capital structure such as debt financing.
EBITDA is also a significant input in terms of hotel valuation, given that EBITDA multiples are an integral industry-standard to value hotels.
