About your instructor — Celine Quek

Celine Quek is a bilingual hospitality professional with over 25 years of experience across both commercial and operations roles, spanning F&B, Sales & Marketing, Revenue Management, and Front Office in Asia. She has led key initiatives including automation of business planning, establishment of commercial functions, and hotel rebranding efforts. A strong advocate of lifelong learning, she holds multiple certifications in revenue management, data analytics, and coaching, and is an active member of Amicale Internationale des Sous-Directeurs et Chefs de Réception des Grand Hôtels. Now a Senior Lecturer at Republic Polytechnic, she is passionate about developing future leaders and has guided students to success in global competitions, including those by HSMAI Foundation.

In 2025, HSMAI Academy collaborated with Republic Polytechnic in Singapore to develop some basic courses in Total Revenue Management.
