For the past ten years, he has worked as a consultant in creating business models, visions, brands, and increased revenue streams for businesses within the hospitality industry.

Dr. Kelly McGuire is Managing Principal, Hospitality, ZS Associates, where she is responsible for helping global hospitality clients improve their commercial strategy and operations.

Under his leadership, a proficient team of 35 digital experts extends support to more than 500 participating hotels across the APEC region with localized digital strategies for both hotels and restaurants.

With over 26 years of dynamic engagement in the hospitality sector, Puneet have cultivated a diverse and robust expertise spanning Marketing, Revenue Management, and Distribution at both hotel and corporate levels.

Andrew brings more than 35 years of industry experience in F&B/nightlife operations, marketing, events, and management to OUE Restaurants. As Chief Operating Officer, he directly oversees the day to day running of the company.

Holly Zoba has 15 years of experience in hotel Sales and Marketing, with Hospitality Partners and the Aurora Foundation, both in property level and corporate roles.

Matt is passionate hotelier with 20 years’ experience in the hospitality industry, working for small to large hotel brands with hotels located in cities, regional areas and resort destinations.
