Complete the online CHSL application and submit it. \nWhen you have applied\, qualified\, and paid\, you will receive a PDF of the CHSL study guide.  The CHSL certification is a separate fee from the review course. \nGet Set! \nThe face-to-face CHSL Review Course is for candidates pursuing the Certified Hospitality Sales Leader (CHSL) certification. The course covers the key concepts outlined in the certification study guide.  It is a great last “cram session” before taking the certification exam. \nReview course participants are required to read the study guide in advance of this fast-paced class. A digital copy of the study guide is included in the course registration fee. If you have not yet applied for the CHSL and received the study guide\, you will receive a PDF of it as soon as you’ve registered and paid for the class.  You can apply for the CHSL certification at a later time if you choose. \nThe live\, in-person CHSL Review Course will be on Monday\, June 16\, 2025\, from 12:30 to 5:00 p.m.  (the day before HSMAI’s Commercial Strategy Conference) at the Indiana Convention Center in Indianapolis\, Indiana. \nGet Certified! \nCHSL Review Course participants who have applied and paid for the certification in advance have the opportunity to take the CHSL exam whenever they are ready. (Exams will not be given onsite.)
